T-LIVE ("we", "us") provides the T-LIVE live streaming and chat app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, profile photo, phone number or sign-in provider (Google, Apple).
• Content you create: live streams, voice room audio, messages, comments, moments and gifts.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs.
• Camera and microphone access, only while you use live, voice or video features.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign-in, live rooms, chat, gifts, games and wallet balances.
• To keep the platform safe: moderation, fraud prevention and enforcing our terms.
• To send notifications you can turn off in your device settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, push notifications, payment processors), or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or by contacting us; we then delete or anonymise your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

T-LIVE is not intended for anyone under 18.
